Swim Night

Swim: I swam 1600 yards today even though I was not able to finish the full workout in the hour. I'm still working on technique and swam with hand paddles and buoy for the majority of swim. The main workout consisted of 10 x 100 yard laps descending from Z4 to Z1. It was a good swim. I have to take baby steps or baby swims at a time and trust that the hard work will pay off.
