MAX Test


Run: Run consisted on a couple of drills and getting a MAX Test today. It was a 10 minute warm up then an increase of speed from Levels 1-5 and counting heart rate and shouting it to coach as we passed by him.  Coach will provide a graphs on how our team did. He says, Recovery Weeks (its here again!) are a great opportunity to work on drills and form.
